Policies for After School, Camps & Special Events
Camps
Children must be four (4) years old to attend camp. Half day options available if space allows.
After School Program
Children must be four (4) years of age to attend our after school program.
Cancellations
The Wright Spot reserves the right to cancel or modify programs should the need to do so arise.
Non-Sufficient Funds Policy (NSF)
A fee of $60.00 is charged for NSF cheques. The levy is to be included in the replacement cheque. The Wright Spot requires certified cheques in the event of two NSF cheques in a 10-month period.
Personal Belongings
The Wright Spot is not responsible for the supervision of personal belongings. We provide an area in the front of our studio for storage of items during programming, as well as a lost and found basket. All parents and guardians are encouraged to check this basket regularly.
Photographs
The Wright Spot takes photographs of the children for display, our website and advertising purposes, subject to each parent’s consent.
Registration
Registration is required, and the receipt of payment in full is needed (by cash, cheque, or e-Transfer) before beginning a program.
Illness
Sick children or children with a communicable disease will not be allowed to participate in our programming.
The Wright Spot reserves the right to exclude a child who we believe is ill or contagious or to request a physician’s note, as necessary.
Lateness
If there is an emergency and you cannot pick your child(ren) up on time, please notify us as soon as possible.
The Wright Spot charges the following amounts for late pick-ups:
$1.00 per child per minute for the first five minutes past 6:00 p.m. and,
$2.00 per child per minute, thereafter.
These charges are billed on a monthly basis. Parents are required to sign their child/children out when there is a late pick-up.

The Wright Spot accepts cash, e-Transfers, and cheques.
